Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier but typically range from 5–14 business days after dispatch.

  • Oversized or freight shipments (such as large furniture) may require additional delivery coordination and longer transit times.

Freight & Large Item Delivery

  • Large furniture and cabinet orders will ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries are curbside only, unless otherwise specified.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate access for large items (such as doorways, elevators, or staircases).

  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Shipping Damage

  • All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your order before signing for it. If there is visible damage, note it with the delivery driver and contact us immediately at admin@bemrinternational.com or (805) 702-5657.

  • Claims for concealed shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided via email as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the continental United States. If you are outside this area, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
